RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we keep our customers' happiness at top priority. We do run quality checks on all of our journals before, and also again during order processing to ensure it's quality before being sent out to you.
We are more than happy to refund your order if you decide to cancel your order but please make sure you do sure within 24 hours of placing your order. We will not be processing any refunds after this point.
For guidance before placing your order, send an email over to email@example.com and we'll be able to give you more details about our journals and answer any questions you may have.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order upon receipt, we are happy to exchange your order for you as long as the product is sent back in the exact same condition it was sent out in (i.e. no writing in the journals, no marks, etc.). Any journals that have been written in, or tampered with will not be accepted.
We can assist in shipment of the product back to us but you will be liable for covering any associated shipment costs.
